AN ACT to amend the public health law, in relation  to  restrictions  on
  the  use of ultraviolet radiation devices and providing for the repeal
  of certain provisions of such law relating thereto

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Subdivisions 2 and 3 of section 3555 of the public health
law are REPEALED and subdivisions 4 and 5 are renumbered subdivisions  2
and 3.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
