AN  ACT to repeal Part O3 of chapter 62 of the laws of 2003 amending the
  tax law relating  to  decoupling  from  certain  federal  depreciation
  provisions

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Part O3 of chapter 62 of the laws of 2003 amending the  tax
law  relating to decoupling from certain federal depreciation provisions
is REPEALED.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
