SAYWARD, SCOZZAFAVA, ERRIGO, TOWNSEND, DUPREY, GIGLIO -- read once and referred to the Committee on Local Governments AN ACT to amend the county law, in relation to providing grant adminis- tration services to local development corporations THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The county law is amended by adding a new section 220-b to read as follows: S 220-B. GRANT ADMINISTRATION SERVICES. A COUNTY PLANNING AND COMMUNI- TY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT OR OTHER APPROPRIATE COUNTY AGENCY SHALL BE AUTHORIZED TO PROVIDE GRANT ADMINISTRATION SERVICES TO A LOCAL DEVELOP- MENT CORPORATION WHERE SUCH CORPORATION IS AN ELIGIBLE RECIPIENT OF SUCH GRANT.
