AN ACT to repeal section 25-b of part A of a chapter of the laws of 2010
  amending  the  education  law and other laws relating to contracts for
  excellence, as proposed in  legislative  bills  numbers  S.6607-B  and
  A.9707-C relating to gap elimination adjustment offset

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Section 25-b of part A of a chapter of  the  laws  of  2010
amending  the  education  law  and  other laws relating to contracts for
excellence, as  proposed  in  legislative  bills  numbers  S.6607-B  and
A.9707-C, is REPEALED.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
