AN  ACT  to  amend the civil service law, the labor law and the criminal
  procedure law, in relation to drug-free workplaces

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Article 5 of the civil service law is amended by adding a
new title F to read as follows:

SECTION 84.   SHORT TITLE.

        84-M. DISCIPLINE REMEDIES.
        84-N. NONDISCIPLINE REMEDIES.
        84-O. FEDERAL COMPLIANCE.
        84-P. LICENSE FEE.
  S 84. SHORT TITLE.  THIS TITLE SHALL BE KNOWN AND MAY BE CITED AS  THE
"DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE ACT."
  S 84-A. PURPOSE.  THIS TITLE IS INTENDED TO:
