AN ACT to amend the uniform justice court act, in relation to  fees  for
  security costs for the town of Woodbury

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1.  The uniform justice court act is amended by adding  a  new
section 1911-a to read as follows:
S 1911-A. SECURITY FEES FOR THE TOWN OF WOODBURY.
  IN  THE  TOWN  OF  WOODBURY, UPON THE FILING OF THE FIRST PAPER IN ANY
ACTION OR PROCEEDING, TWENTY DOLLARS AND AN ADDITIONAL FIVE DOLLARS  FOR
A SECURITY FEE.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
