AN  ACT  to  amend  the  public buildings law, in relation to naming the
  research tower at the New York State Institute for Basic  Research  in
  Developmental Disabilities the "Dr. Henryk Wisniewski Research Tower"

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. The public buildings law is amended by adding a new section
2-c to read as follows:
  S 2-C. RESEARCH TOWER AT THE INSTITUTE FOR BASIC RESEARCH IN  DEVELOP-
MENTAL  DISABILITIES  TO  BE  NAMED  THE "DR. HENRYK WISNIEWSKI RESEARCH
TOWER". THE FIVE STORY TOWER WHICH IS PART OF THE ADMINISTRATIONS BUILD-
ING AT THE NEW YORK STATE INSTITUTE FOR BASIC RESEARCH IN  DEVELOPMENTAL
DISABILITIES  LOCATED  IN  THE BOROUGH OF STATEN ISLAND, COUNTY OF RICH-
MOND, SHALL BE DESIGNATED AND KNOWN  AS  THE  "DR.    HENRYK  WISNIEWSKI
RESEARCH TOWER".
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
