AN  ACT  to  amend  the executive law, in relation to affirmative action
  goal reports

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1. The executive law is amended by adding a new section 313-a
to read as follows:
  S 313-A. AFFIRMATIVE ACTION  GOAL  REPORTS.  EACH  CONTRACTING  AGENCY
SHALL  SUBMIT  A REPORT ON OR BEFORE JANUARY FIRST, TWO THOUSAND TEN AND
ANNUALLY THEREAFTER, TO THE DIRECTOR DESCRIBING THE  AFFIRMATIVE  ACTION
GOALS  FOR ALL CONTRACTS ADMINISTERED OR SUPERVISED BY SUCH AGENCY. SUCH
REPORT SHALL PROVIDE SERVICE DELIVERY DATA AND SUBCONTRACTING GOALS  FOR
EACH  MINORITY  GROUP  DESCRIBED  IN  SUBDIVISION EIGHT OF SECTION THREE
HUNDRED TEN OF THIS ARTICLE.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately; provided,  however,  that
the  amendment  to article 15-A of the executive law made by section one
of this act shall not affect the expiration of such article and shall be
deemed to expire therewith.
