NOLAN -- read once and referred to the Committee on Corporations, Authorities and Commissions AN ACT to amend chapter 738 of the laws of 1988, amending the adminis- trative code of the city of New York, the public authorities law and other laws relating to the New York city school construction authori- ty, in relation to extending certain provisions of such chapter relat- ing to certain contracts of the authority THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 19 of chapter 738 of the laws of 1988, amending the administrative code of the city of New York, the public authorities law and other laws relating to the New York city school construction author- ity, as amended by chapter 134 of the laws of 2004, is amended to read as follows: S 19. This act shall take effect immediately, provided, however, that the provisions of subdivision 6 of section 209 of the civil service law, as added by section four of this act, shall expire and be deemed repealed on and after June 30, 1995, and further provided that the provisions of section 1735 of the public authorities law, as added by section fourteen of this act, shall expire and be deemed repealed on June 30, [2009] 2014. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall be deemed to have been in full force and effect on and after July 1, 2009.
