AN ACT to amend the labor law, in relation to  the  broadcast  employees
  freedom to work act

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Subdivision 2 of section 202-k of the labor law is  amended
by adding a new paragraph (d) to read as follows:
  (D)  THIS SECTION SHALL NOT APPLY TO THE ENFORCEMENT BY A BROADCASTING
INDUSTRY EMPLOYER OF ANY POST CONTRACTUAL CONFIDENTIALITY OR NON-DISCLO-
SURE IN THE BROADCAST EMPLOYEE'S CONTRACT.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
