KOLB -- read once and referred to the Committee on Health AN ACT to repeal paragraph (c) of subdivision 5 of section 2808 of the public health law, relating to rates of payment of residential health care facilities and the withdrawal of equity and the transfer of assets of such facilities THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Paragraph (c) of subdivision 5 of section 2808 of the public health law is REPEALED. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD14535-01-9
