AN ACT to amend the state finance law, in relation to  the  adult  home,
  enriched  housing program and residence for adults quality enhancement
  fund

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1.  Section 91-f of the state finance law, as added by section
51  of  part  B of chapter 58 of the laws of 2004, is amended to read as
follows:
  S 91-f. Adult home, ENRICHED HOUSING PROGRAM AND RESIDENCE FOR  ADULTS
quality  enhancement  fund.  1. There is hereby established in the joint
custody of the state comptroller and the commissioner  of  taxation  and
finance  a  special revenue fund to be known as the adult home, ENRICHED
HOUSING PROGRAM AND RESIDENCE FOR ADULTS quality enhancement fund.
  2. The adult home, ENRICHED HOUSING PROGRAM AND RESIDENCE  FOR  ADULTS
quality  enhancement  fund shall consist of moneys received by the state
pursuant to section four hundred sixty-d of the social services law  and
all  other moneys appropriated, credited or transferred thereto from any
other fund or source.
  3. The moneys from the adult home, ENRICHED HOUSING PROGRAM AND  RESI-
DENCE  FOR  ADULTS  quality  enhancement  fund shall be disbursed by the
department of health to promote programs to improve the quality of  care
in adult homes, ENRICHED HOUSING PROGRAMS AND RESIDENCES FOR ADULTS.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
