AN ACT authorizing the Greenwood Lake  union  free  school  district  to
  enter  into  a  contract  for  the education of certain pupils of such
  school district

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.    Notwithstanding  subdivision  1  of section 2040 of the
education law, with the approval of the qualified voters, the  Greenwood
Lake  union  free school district may enter into a contract for a period
of not less than two and not more than fifteen  years  with  the  Tuxedo
union  free  school  district for the education of some of its pupils in
grades seven to twelve.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
