AN ACT to amend a chapter of the laws of 2010, amending the banking  law
  relating  to  licensed  lenders,  licensed  cashers  of  checks, sales
  finance companies, premium  finance  companies,  budget  planners  and
  transmitters  of  money,  as  proposed in legislative bills numbers S.
  3727-B and A. 11325, in relation to the effectiveness thereof

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Section 45 of a chapter of the laws of 2010, amending the
banking law relating to licensed lenders, licensed  cashers  of  checks,
sales  finance companies, premium finance companies, budget planners and
transmitters of money, as  proposed  in  legislative  bills  numbers  S.
3727-B and A. 11325, is amended to read as follows:
  S  45.  This  act  shall  take effect [immediately] ON THE ONE HUNDRED
EIGHTIETH DAY AFTER IT SHALL HAVE BECOME A LAW.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
