AN ACT to authorize the town of Huntington, in the county of Suffolk, to
  discontinue use of and convey certain park lands

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the
town of Huntington, in the county  of  Suffolk,  is  hereby  authorized,
acting  by  and through its town board, upon such other terms and condi-
tions as may be determined by such board, but at fair market  value,  to
discontinue the use of the municipally owned park land more particularly
described  in  section  three  of  this act, and to sell and convey such
lands, which are no longer needed for park purposes.
  S 2. The authorization provided in section one of this  act  shall  be
effective  only upon the condition that the town of Huntington dedicates
land equal to or greater than the fair  market  value  of  the  property
being alienated in section three of this act as additional park land.
  S  3. The parcels authorized to be conveyed by section one of this act
are described as follows:
  ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND near Greenlawn, in  the  Town
of  Huntington,  County  of  Suffolk  and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point the following three courses and  distances  from  a
point  on  the  southerly  side  of Pulaski Road where the northeasterly
corner of land now or formerly of DOOGAN intersects said southerly  side
of  Pulaski Road; (1) Easterly along a curve bearing to the right with a
radius of 1612.27 feet and an arc length of 110.13 feet along the south-

BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the  buildings  and
improvements  thereon  erected, situate, lying and being near Greenlawn,
in the Town of Huntington, County of Suffolk  and  State  of  New  York,
bounded and described as follows:
