AN  ACT  to  amend  the  environmental  conservation law, in relation to
  expanding the TRIS-free children and babies act

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Subdivision  2  of  section  37-0703 of the environmental
conservation law, as added by chapter  259  of  the  laws  of  2011,  is
amended to read as follows:
  2.  "TRIS"  shall  include  TCEP  (TRIS (2-chloroethyl) phosphate) AND
TDCPP (TRIS (1,3-DICHLORO-2-PROPYL) PHOSPHATE).
  S 2. This act shall take effect December 1, 2014.
