AN ACT to amend the election law, in relation to eliminating  the  party
  and constituted committee exemption from reporting monies received and
  expenditures made for housekeeping functions and repealing subdivision
  3  of section 14-124 of the election law relating to the establishment
  of such exemption

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Subdivision  3  of  section 14-124 of the election law is
REPEALED and subdivision 2-a is renumbered subdivision 3.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
