AN  ACT in relation to the conveyance of land formerly used as an armory
  to the town of Brookhaven, county of Suffolk

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Subject to the provisions of this act but notwithstanding
any other provision of law to the contrary, the commissioner of  general
services  is  hereby  authorized  to  transfer and convey to the town of
Brookhaven in consideration of one dollar and upon such other conditions
as the commissioner may deem proper, land formerly used  as  an  armory,
and further described in section two of this act.
  S  2.  The lands authorized by this act to be transferred and conveyed
are as follows:
  ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being  in the  Town  of
Brookhaven,  Suffolk County, and State of New York, known and designated
as the Northerly 200 feet of Lot No. 27 on a certain map entitled,  "Map
No.  17,  Map of Property of O.L. Schwencke Land and Investment Company"
filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 24, 1901, as Map
No. 277, said part of lot being bounded and described as follows;
  BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Barton Avenue where  the
division  line  between  Lots 26 and 27 as shown on aforesaid map inter-
sects same, said point being distant 826.04 feet Westerly,  as  measured
along  the Southerly side of Barton Avenue from the corner formed by the
intersection of the Westerly side of Washington Avenue and the Southerly
side of Barton Avenue;
  RUNNING THENCE along said division line between Lots 26 and 27,  South
05 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds West 200 feet to a concrete monument;

AN  ACT in relation to the conveyance of land formerly used as an armory
  to the town of Brookhaven, county of Suffolk

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Subject to the provisions of this act but notwithstanding
any other provision of law to the contrary, the commissioner of  general

  ALL that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being  in the Town
of Brookhaven, County of Suffolk and State of  New  York,  described  as
follows:
  BEGINNING  at  a  concrete  monument  on  the southerly line of Barton
Avenue, at the boundary line of Lots 30 and 31 of the Map of Property of
the O.L.  Schwencke Land and Investment Company and  running  from  said
point  of  beginning South 05°08'00" West a distance of 512.00 feet to a
concrete monument on the  boundary  line  between  said  lot  and  lands
belonging  to William G. Hubbard (reputed owner); thence South 84°52'00"
East a distance of 255.30 feet to a concrete monument  on  the  boundary
line  between  Lots 27 and 28; thence North 05°08'00" East a distance of
512.00 feet to a concrete monument on the  northerly  boundary  line  of
