AN  ACT  to  amend the public health law, in relation to adding four new
  compounds to the  controlled  substances  schedule  of  hallucinogenic
  substances

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Subdivision (d) of schedule I of section 3306 of the public
health law is amended by adding four new paragraphs 33, 34, 35 and 36 to
read as follows:
  (33) (6AR,  10AR)-9-(HYDROXYMETHYL)-6,  6-DIMETHYL-3-(2-METHYLOCTAN-2-
YL)-6A,  7, 10, 10A-TETRAHYDROBENZO{C}CHROMEN-1-OL.  SOME TRADE OR OTHER
NAMES: HU-210.
  (34) 1-PENTYL-3-(1-NAPHTHOYL)  INDOLE.  SOME  TRADE  OR  OTHER  NAMES:
JWH-018.
  (35)  1-BUTYL-3-(1-NAPHTHOYL)  INDOLE.  SOME  TRADE  OR  OTHER  NAMES:
JWH-073.
  (36)  1-(3-TRIFLUOROMETHYLPHENYL)  PIPERAZINE.  SOME  TRADE  OR  OTHER
NAMES:  TFMPP.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
