MURRAY -- read once and referred to the Committee on Labor AN ACT to amend the labor law, the civil service law and the military law, in relation to informing certain persons upon entry into military service of their rights under the New York state soldiers' and sailors' civil relief act THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The labor law is amended by adding a new section 210-b to read as follows: S 210-B. INFORMATIONAL OUTLINE OF RIGHTS. 1. THE COMMISSIONER IN CONSULTATION WITH THE ADJUTANT GENERAL, OR HIS OR HER DESIGNEE, SHALL PREPARE AN INFORMATIONAL OUTLINE TO INFORM ALL RESIDENTS OF THIS STATE UPON ENTRY INTO MILITARY SERVICE OF THEIR RIGHTS UNDER THE NEW YORK STATE SOLDIERS' AND SAILORS' CIVIL RELIEF ACT OF 1951, ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE THIRTEEN OF THE MILITARY LAW. 2. SUCH INFORMATIONAL OUTLINE SHALL BE DISTRIBUTED TO ALL SUCH RESI- DENTS IN MILITARY SERVICE AS SUCH TERM IS DEFINED BY SUBDIVISION ONE OF SECTION THREE HUNDRED ONE OF THE MILITARY LAW. S 2. The civil service law is amended by adding a new section 153 to read as follows: S 153. INFORMATIONAL OUTLINE OF RIGHTS. 1. THE PRESIDENT OF THE STATE COMMISSION IN CONSULTATION WITH THE ADJUTANT GENERAL, OR HIS OR HER DESIGNEE, SHALL PREPARE AN INFORMATIONAL OUTLINE TO INFORM ALL RESIDENTS OF THIS STATE UPON ENTRY INTO MILITARY SERVICE OF THEIR RIGHTS UNDER THE NEW YORK STATE SOLDIERS' AND SAILORS' CIVIL RELIEF ACT OF 1951, ESTAB- LISHED IN ARTICLE THIRTEEN OF THE MILITARY LAW. 2.
