AN ACT to repeal paragraph (f) of subdivision 3 of section 369-ee of the
  general business law, relating to  exempting  periodicals  from  prize
  award scheme regulations

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Paragraph (f) of subdivision 3 of  section  369-ee  of  the
general business law is REPEALED.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
