AN ACT to repeal paragraph (f) of subdivision 2 of section  210  of  the
  civil  service  law,  relating to the prohibition of strikes by public
  employees and individual penalties

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1. Paragraph (f) of subdivision 2 of section 210 of the civil
service law is REPEALED.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
