AN ACT to amend chapter 54 of the laws  of  2011  enacting  the  capital
  projects  budget,  in  relation  to  additional advances for the state
  share of financial assistance to community  colleges  for  alterations
  and improvements

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. That part, entitled "state university of New York, communi-
ty colleges", of section 1 of chapter 54 of the laws  of  2011  enacting
the  capital  projects  budget, is amended by repealing the items herein
below set forth in brackets and by adding  to  such  section  the  other
items italicized in this section.

For  the comprehensive construction programs, purposes and
  projects as herein  specified  in  accordance  with  the
  following:

    various  facilities  including   service
    contracts,  memorandum of understanding,
    capital design,  construction,  acquisi-
    tion,   reconstruction,  rehabilitation,
    equipment and  personal  service  costs;
    for  health  and safety, preservation of
    facilities,  technology  upgrades,   new
    facilities,   program   improvements  or
    program      changes,      environmental
    protection, energy conservation, accred-
    itation,  facilities  for the physically
    disabled, and related projects,  includ-
    ing  costs  incurred  prior  to April 1,
    2011, subject to a plan submitted by the
    state university  and  approved  by  the
    director of the budget (28CC1108) ......... 31,571,000

  TO VARIOUS  FACILITIES  INCLUDING  SERVICE
  CONTRACTS,  MEMORANDUM  OF  UNDERSTANDING,
  CAPITAL DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, ACQUISITION,
  RECONSTRUCTION, REHABILITATION,  EQUIPMENT
  AND PERSONAL SERVICE COSTS; FOR HEALTH AND
  SAFETY,  PRESERVATION OF FACILITIES, TECH-
  NOLOGY UPGRADES, NEW  FACILITIES,  PROGRAM

have been in full force and effect on and after April 1, 2011.
