IN  ASSEMBLY  --  Introduced by M. of A. McLAUGHLIN, REILLY -- read once
  and referred to the Committee on Environmental Conservation

AN ACT to amend the  environmental  conservation  law,  in  relation  to
  authorizing  the  hunting  of  big  game  in the county of Albany with
  pistols, rifles, shotguns, crossbows and long bows

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Items  (d)  and  (e)  of  paragraph a of subdivision 2 of
section 11-0907 of the environmental conservation  law,  as  amended  by
section  11  of  chapter 483 of the laws of 2010, are amended to read as
follows:
  (d) Eastern region,     Deer, first Monday      Pistol, shotgun,
  except ALBANY,          after November 15       crossbow,
  Columbia, Fulton,       through first Tuesday   muzzle loading firearm
  Orange, Rensselaer,     after December 7        or long bow only
  Saratoga, Washington
  Counties and those
  counties or portions
  thereof listed in
  item (i) of this
  paragraph

(e) Fulton, Saratoga,     Deer, first Monday      Pistol, rifle,
  Washington (parts       after November 15       shotgun,
  in the Southern         through first Tuesday   crossbow
  zone), ALBANY,          after December 7        or long bow
  Columbia, Orange,
  and Rensselaer
  counties

 EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets
                      [ ] is old law to be omitted.

AN  ACT  to  amend  the  environmental  conservation law, in relation to

  the repeal of such provisions upon expiration thereof

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Items  (d)  and  (e)  of  paragraph a of subdivision 2 of
