AN ACT to authorize the dormitory authority of the state of New York  to
  sell  certain  land in the county of Queens to the Indian Cultural and
  Community Center, Inc.

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Notwithstanding  the  provisions  of any other law to the
contrary, the dormitory authority of the state of  New  York,  upon  the
consent  of the commissioner of mental health, is authorized to sell and
convey to the Indian Cultural and Community Center, Inc. the  parcel  of
land  situated  in the City of New York, Borough of Queens, State of New
York, constituting  a  portion  of  the  Creedmoor  Psychiatric  Center,
specifically described as follows:
  Beginning  at  a point intersection of the Northerly line and Easterly
line of the south  (of  Union  Turnpike)  campus  Creedmoor  Psychiatric
Center,  which  point  being situate at the point of intersection of the
Southerly margin of Union Turnpike and South Westerly  margin  of  243rd
Street,  thence  measured  through  the boundaries and land of Creedmoor
Psychiatric Center the following courses:
  1. Along a line N 49°30' 38" W on South Easterly direction a  distance
of 44.26 feet

  2. Along a line S64°19'30" W on South Westerly direction a distance of
69.27 feet
  Thence
  3. Along a line S13°27'42" E on South Easterly direction a distance of
82.45 feet

  4. Along a line N83°46'08" on a South Westerly direction a distance of
121.85 feet

  Beginning  at  the  Northeast  corner of the fenced area around 13.7KV
substation (Building 102), which is situate after  the  following  three
courses  from  the  point of intersection of the Southerly Margin of the
Union Turnpike with Southwesterly margin of 243rd Street:
  (A) Along the Southwesterly margin of 243rd St South  49  degrees,  30
Minutes,  38  Seconds  East,  measured  in  a South Easterly direction a
distance of 44.20 Feet; Thence

  (B) Along common line between Creedmoor Psychiatric Center and Lot 93,
South 64 degrees, 19 Minutes, 30  seconds  West,  measured  in  a  South
Westerly direction a distance of 69.27 feet;
  Thence
  (C)  Along a line North 63 degrees, 44 minutes, 5 seconds, measured in
a North Westerly direction a distance of 21.4 feet;
  And Thence runs from the said point of beginning along:
  (a) a line North 06 degrees, 04 minutes, 47 seconds West measured on a
South Easterly direction a distance of 78.4 feet

  (b) to a point along a line South 83 degrees, 56 minutes,  18  seconds
West measured on a South Westerly direction a distance of 87.7 feet
  Thence
  (c)  to  a point along a line North 06 degrees, 05 minutes, 10 seconds
west measured on a North Westerly direction a distance of 78.5 feet
  Thence
  (d) to a point along a line North 83 degrees, 57 minutes,  24  seconds
east  measured on a North Easterly direction a distance of 88.00 Feet to
the point of Beginning.
  S 2. The dormitory authority of the state of New York is authorized to
fix and determine the terms and conditions, including consideration,  of
the conveyance authorized by section one of this act.
  S  3.  The  description  located  in  section  one  of this act is not
intended to be a legal description, but is intended only to identify the
premises to be conveyed. As a condition of purchase, the Indian Cultural
and Community Center, Inc. shall submit to the  dormitory  authority  of
the  state  of New York for approval, an accurate survey and description
of the lands generally described in section one of this act,  which  may
be used in the conveyance thereof.
  S 4. This act shall take effect immediately.
