  on Cities

AN ACT to amend the administrative code of the  city  of  New  York,  in
  relation to the suspension of parking regulations on certain days

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Section 19-163.2 of the administrative code of the city  of
New  York  is  renumbered section 19-163.3 and a new section 19-163.2 is
added to read as follows:
  S 19-163.2 SUSPENSION OF PARKING RULES DURING ELECTIONS. ALL ALTERNATE
SIDE OF THE STREET PARKING RULES SHALL BE SUSPENDED DURING ANY DAY OF  A
PRIMARY   ELECTION,  RUN-OFF  ELECTION,  SPECIAL  ELECTION,  OR  GENERAL
ELECTION.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
