AN ACT to repeal section 586 of the general municipal law,  relating  to
  the Ossining urban renewal agency

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Section 586 of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

AN  ACT  to repeal section 586 of the general municipal law, relating to
  the Ossining urban renewal agency

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Section 586 of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
  S  2.  Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of  the  village
of  Ossining  urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the
village of Ossining and its successors or assigns.
  S 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
