S T A T E O F N E W Y O R K ________________________________________________________________________ 9669 I N A S S E M B L Y March 28, 2016 ___________ Introduced by M. of A. KATZ -- read once and referred to the Committee on Environmental Conservation AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to designating Charles lake, Lost lake, Putnam lake and Tonetta lake as inland waterways for purposes of waterfront revitalization THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Paragraph (a) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu- tive law, as separately amended by chapters 92 and 97 of the laws of 2015, is amended to read as follows: (a) the state's major inland lakes consisting of lakes Ballston, Big Tupper, Black, Campfire, Canadarago, Canandaigua, Cayuga, Champlain, CHARLES, Chateaugay, Chautauqua, Conesus, Cranberry, Echo (in the county of Westchester), George, Great Sacandaga, Honeoye, Indian, Keuka, Long, LOST (IN THE COUNTY OF PUTNAM), Mirror, Oneida, Onondaga, Otisco, Otse- go, Owasco, Peach, Placid, PUTNAM, Raquette, Ronkonkoma, Sacandaga, Saratoga, Schroon, Seneca, Skaneateles, Silver (in the county of Wyom- ing) [and], Saranac AND TONETTA, and the Fulton chain of lakes; S 2.
