AN ACT to designate Family Service, Inc. as the lead agency for  execut-
  ing  the  SNUG  anti-gun violence program in the city of Poughkeepsie,
  county of Dutchess

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1. Notwithstanding the provisions of articles nine and eleven
of the state finance law, or any other law, rule or  regulation  to  the
contrary,  Family  Services,  Inc.  shall  be  the designated agency for
executing the SNUG anti-gun violence program in the city  of  Poughkeep-
sie, county of Dutchess.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
