McDONOUGH, RAIA -- read once and referred to the Committee on Transportation AN ACT in relation to authorizing and directing the commissioner of motor vehicles to amend rules and regulations relating to certain fees THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Upon the passage of this act, the commissioner of motor vehicles is authorized and directed to amend 15 NYCRR 78.19 to increase the allowable fee charged by dealers who aid in securing registrations, titles, or special or distinctive plates from $75.00 to an amount not to exceed $150.00. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD03520-01-5
