AN ACT to amend part D of chapter 56 of the laws of 2013,  amending  the
  social  services  law  and  other laws, relating to eligibility condi-
  tions, in relation to extending the provisions thereof

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Subdivision  b-1 of section 76 of part D of chapter 56 of
the laws of 2013, amending the social services law relating to eligibil-
ity conditions, is amended to read as follows:
  b-1. paragraph 8 of subsection (b) of section 4328  of  the  insurance
law,  as  added  by  section  forty-six  of this act shall expire and be
deemed repealed on December 31, [2015] 2017;
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
