AN ACT to amend the alcoholic beverage control law, in relation to hours
  of sale for on-premises consumption of alcoholic beverages at licensed
  premises in Erie county

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Section  106  of  the  alcoholic  beverage control law is
amended by adding a new subdivision 5-a to read as follows:
  5-A. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES SHALL BE SOLD, OFFERED FOR SALE  OR  GIVEN
AWAY  UPON  ANY  PREMISES LICENSED TO SELL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT RETAIL
FOR ON-PREMISES CONSUMPTION IN ERIE COUNTY BETWEEN  FOUR  ANTE  MERIDIAN
AND EIGHT ANTE MERIDIAN.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

AN ACT to amend the alcoholic beverage control law, in relation to hours
  of sale for on-premises consumption of alcoholic beverages at licensed
  premises in Erie county

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1. Paragraph (a) of subdivision 5 of section 106 of the alco-
holic beverage control law, as amended by chapter  83  of  the  laws  of
1995, is amended to read as follows:
  (a) Sunday, from four ante meridiem to twelve noon; PROVIDED, HOWEVER,
IN THE COUNTY OF ERIE, FROM FOUR ANTE MERIDIEM TO EIGHT ANTE MERIDIEM.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
