AN ACT to amend the state finance law, in relation to receipt  of  state
  aid by the village of Mastic Beach

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Subparagraph (viii) of paragraph a  of  subdivision  10  of
section  54 of the state finance law is amended by adding a new clause 3
to read as follows:
  (3) FOR THE VILLAGE  OF  MASTIC  BEACH,  FOR  THE  STATE  FISCAL  YEAR
COMMENCING  APRIL  FIRST,  TWO THOUSAND SIXTEEN AND IN EACH STATE FISCAL
YEAR THEREAFTER, THE AMOUNT OF MISCELLANEOUS FINANCIAL  ASSISTANCE  FROM
THE LOCAL ASSISTANCE ACCOUNT RECEIVED BY SUCH VILLAGE IN THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING APRIL FIRST, TWO THOUSAND FIFTEEN.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
