CUSICK -- read once and referred to the Committee on Election Law AN ACT to repeal subdivision 8 of section 4-104 of the election law, relating to the amount paid to lease a polling station THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subdivision 8 of section 4-104 of the election law is REPEALED and subdivision 9 is renumbered subdivision 8. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD11042-01-5
