AN ACT to amend chapter 378 of the laws of 2014; amending  the  environ-
  mental conservation law, relating to the taking of sharks, in relation
  to the expiration thereof

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 378 of the laws of 2014, amending  the
environmental  conservation  law  relating  to  the taking of sharks, is
amended to read as follows:
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall  expire  and  be
deemed repealed December 31, [2016] 2018.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
