S T A T E O F N E W Y O R K ________________________________________________________________________ 10529 I N A S S E M B L Y May 4, 2018 ___________ Introduced by M. of A. PRETLOW -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Ways and Means AN ACT to amend chapter 62 of the laws of 2015 amending the tax law, relating to the imposition of an occupancy tax in the city of Yonkers, in relation to extending the effectiveness thereof THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 62 of the laws of 2015, amending the tax law relating to the imposition of an occupancy tax in the city of Yonkers, is amended to read as follows: § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be deemed repealed September 1, [2018] 2021. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD14218-04-8
