Provides an award of funds needed to meet the matching requirements for FEMA funds not to exceed $2,250,000 to the Port of Oswego Authority from the funds appropriated under the Lake Ontario-St. Lawrence Seaway flood recovery grant program, provided there are sufficient funds remaining from the original amounts allocated for the program.

 AN ACT to provide an award to the Port  of  Oswego  Authority  from  the
   funds  appropriated  under  the Lake Ontario-St. Lawrence Seaway flood
   recovery grant program
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

   Section  1. The New York State Division of Homes and Community Renewal
 shall award the Port of Oswego Authority funds needed to meet the match-
 ing requirements for FEMA funds not to exceed $2,250,000 from the  funds
 appropriated  by  subdivision  4 of section 1 of part A of chapter 85 of
 the laws of 2017 under the Lake Ontario-St. Lawrence Seaway flood recov-
 ery grant program, provided from funds allocated for  the  program.  The
 Port  of  Oswego Authority shall use such funds to repair roads, wharfs,
 and piers damaged as a result of the 2017 Lake Ontario flooding.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
