 AN ACT to repeal the wage theft prevention act

   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Chapter 564 of the laws  of  2010,  constituting  the  wage
 theft prevention act, is REPEALED.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
