 AN ACT to amend chapter 440 of the laws of 2012 amending  the  insurance
   law relating to a health savings account pilot program, in relation to
   extending the provisions thereof
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 440 of the laws of 2012  amending  the
 insurance  law  relating  to  a health savings account pilot program, as
 amended by chapter 463 of the laws  of  2015,  is  amended  to  read  as
 follows:
   §  2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire December
 31, [2017] 2018 when upon such date the provisions of this act shall  be
 deemed repealed.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

   accordance  with Assembly Rule 3, sec. 2 -- committee discharged, bill
   amended, ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted to said  commit-
   tee

 AN  ACT  to amend chapter 440 of the laws of 2012 amending the insurance
   law relating to a health savings account pilot program, in relation to
   extending the provisions thereof
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Section 2 of chapter 440 of the laws of 2012 amending the
 insurance law relating to a health savings  account  pilot  program,  as
 amended  by  chapter  463  of  the  laws  of 2015, is amended to read as
 follows:
