RA -- read once and referred to the Committee on Governmental Employees AN ACT to repeal section 19 of the special provisions for village police departments law relating to termination of services of members of the police department of the village of Garden City THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 19 of section 2 of chapter 891 of the laws of 1972, constituting the special provisions for village police departments law, as added by chapter 955 of the laws of 1973, is REPEALED. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD11095-06-7
