 AN  ACT to authorize the town of Livonia, in the county of Livingston to
   sell the Jack Evans Community Center
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

   Section  1.  The  town of Livonia, in the county of Livingston, acting
 through its legislative body, is hereby authorized to sell the  facility
 known  as  the  Jack  Evans  Community Center located at 4705 South Main
 Street, in the town of Livonia to the  Little  Lakes  Community  Associ-
 ation, Inc., for adequate consideration.
   ยง 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
