Notwithstanding any other provision of any law to the contrary, the department of finance for the city of New York is author- ized to accept from Godian Fellowship Inc. an application for exemption from real property taxes pursuant to section 11-246 of the administra- tive code of the city of New York, for the assessment rolls for 2015, 2016 and 2017 for certain property owned by Godian Fellowship Inc. located in the borough of Queens in the city of New York at 106-01 Guy Brewer Boulevard, Jamaica, NY, 11433-2118 also known as lot 4-10161-0001/0 with a tax identification number of 30-0167672. If such exemption is granted and if Godian Fellowship Inc. shall have paid any tax with respect to such subject rolls, the department of finance of the city of New York may, in its sole discretion, provide for the refund of those taxes paid and cancel taxes, fines, penalties or interest remaining unpaid. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
