   tee on Corporations, Authorities and Commissions
 
 AN  ACT  to  amend a chapter of the laws of 2017, amending the executive
   law and the not-for-profit corporation law relating to a public  list-
   ing of certain not-for-profit corporations, as proposed in legislative
   bills  numbers  S.  1853 and A. 6038, in relation to the effectiveness
   thereof
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Section  3  of a chapter of the laws of 2017 amending the
 executive law and the  not-for-profit  corporation  law  relating  to  a
 public  listing  of  certain not-for-profit corporations, as proposed in
 legislative bills numbers S. 1853 and A. 6038, is  amended  to  read  as
 follows:
   §  3.  This  act  shall  take effect [on the one hundred twentieth day
 after it shall have become a law] JANUARY 1, 2019.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
