 AN ACT to automatically extend  all  students'  compliance  with  health
   examination and immunization requirements in response to COVID-19
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

   Section 1. Notwithstanding any provision of law to  the  contrary,  in
 response to the outbreak of novel coronavirus, COVID-19, any student who
 was  in  compliance  with  the  provisions of sections 903 or 904 of the
 education law and  section  2164  of  the  public  health  law  for  the
 2019--2020  school  year  shall  be deemed to be in compliance with such
 provisions for the 2020--2021 school year.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
