   read once and referred to the Committee on Ways and Means
 
 AN  ACT  to  amend  chapter  53 of the laws of 2020, enacting the aid to
   localities budget, in relation to teacher resource and computer train-
   ing centers
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of 2020, enacting the
     aid to localities budget, as amended by section 4 of chapter  50  of
     the  laws of 2020, is amended by repealing the items hereinbelow set
     forth in brackets and by adding to  such  section  the  other  items
     underscored in this section.

   disallowances, refunds, reimbursements and credits:
