 AN ACT to amend the insurance law, in relation to rate filings for home-
   owner's insurance policies
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

   Section  1.  Paragraphs 12 and 13 of subsection (b) of section 2305 of
 the insurance law, as amended by section 9 of part AAA of chapter 59  of
 the laws of 2017, are amended and a new paragraph 14 is added to read as
 follows:
   (12) gap insurance; [and]
   (13)  private  passenger  automobile  insurance, except as provided in
 section two thousand three hundred fifty of this article[,];AND
   (14) HOMEOWNER'S INSURANCE POLICIES AND SUBSEQUENT  CALCULATIONS  USED
 TO  DETERMINE  THE  INCREASED  VALUE  OF DWELLING LIMITS FOR PURPOSES OF
 DETERMINING DWELLING PROTECTION COVERAGE.
   § 2. This act shall take effect on the ninetieth day  after  it  shall
 have become a law.
