 AN  ACT  to amend the education law, in relation to requiring all public
   secondary schools to provide the  annual  administration  of  the  SAT
   during a school day
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. The education law is amended by adding a new section  342-b
 to read as follows:
   §  342-B. SAT SCHOOL DAY ADMINISTRATION. EVERY PUBLIC SECONDARY SCHOOL
 SHALL PROVIDE THE ANNUAL ADMINISTRATION OF THE SCHOLASTIC APTITUDE  TEST
 TO ALL TEST SUBJECTS AT SUCH SCHOOL DURING A REGULAR SCHOOL DAY.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
