Provides that any funds received from the sale or disposition of certain properties shall be used to supplement appropriations to the office for people with developmental disabilities for the cost of capital development of new individual residential alternative programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to be located in the town of East Hampton and the town of Southampton.

 AN ACT in relation to certain funds received from the sale  or  disposi-
   tion of certain properties
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the  contrary,  all
 funds  received by the State of New York, or any of its offices, depart-
 ments or authorities, from the sale  or  disposition  of  the  following
 properties,  23 Marion Lane, East Hampton, New York (Dist.:  0300, Sec.:
 113.00, Block: 04.00, Lot: 014.000) and 379 Montauk Highway, East  Hamp-
 ton  (Dist.:  0300,  Sec.: 189.00, Block: 01.00, Lot: 003.000), shall be
 used and applied to supplement, but not supplant, appropriations to  the
 office  for people with developmental disabilities for the cost of capi-
 tal development of new individual residential alternative  programs  for
 individuals  with  intellectual  and  developmental  disabilities  to be
 located in the town of East Hampton, and the town of Southampton.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
