S T A T E O F N E W Y O R K ________________________________________________________________________ 6473 2019-2020 Regular Sessions I N A S S E M B L Y March 7, 2019 ___________ Introduced by M. of A. PAULIN -- read once and referred to the Committee on Ways and Means AN ACT to amend chapter 505 of the laws of 2016, amending the tax law relating to the imposition of an occupancy tax in the village of Tuck- ahoe, in relation to extending the effectiveness thereof THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 505 of the laws of 2016, amending the tax law relating to the imposition of an occupancy tax in the village of Tuckahoe, is amended to read as follows: § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be deemed repealed September 1, [2019] 2022. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD10080-01-9
