 AN  ACT  to  amend chapter 505 of the laws of 2016, amending the tax law
   relating to the imposition of an occupancy tax in the village of Tuck-
   ahoe, in relation to extending the effectiveness thereof

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1. Section 2 of chapter 505 of the laws of 2016, amending the
 tax law relating to the imposition of an occupancy tax in the village of
 Tuckahoe, is amended to read as follows:
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall  expire  and  be
 deemed repealed September 1, [2019] 2022.
