 AN ACT to repeal subdivision 15 of section  353  of  the  executive  law
   relating to the duties of the state director of the division of veter-
   ans'  affairs; and to repeal clause (h) of subparagraph 3 of paragraph
   b of subdivision 1 of section 4402 of the education  law  relating  to
   reports on certain children of Vietnam veterans
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Subdivision 15 of section  353  of  the  executive  law  is
 REPEALED.
   §  2.  Clause (h) of subparagraph 3 of paragraph b of subdivision 1 of
 section 4402 of the education law is REPEALED.
   § 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2020, provided  that  if  this
 act  shall have become a law after such date, it shall be deemed to have
 been in full force and effect on and after July 1, 2020.
